Return & Refund Policy
At HERSELF, we want you to love your order. Due to the nature of our skincare and body care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
All sample tins, discovery sets, and personal care products are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@herselfskin.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We review all issues case by case and will work to make it right when applicable.
To be eligible for review, items must be unused and in their original packaging unless the item arrived damaged.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

change of mind

scent preference
-
products that have been opened or used

incorrect addresses entered at checkout

packages delayed by the shipping carrier
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

HERSELF currently ships within the United States.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During launches, restocks, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. HERSELF is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@herselfskin.com.
Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on the carrier. Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delays are outside of our control.
If your package arrives damaged, please email hello@herselfskin.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
Sample tins and discovery sets may ship separately from future full-size products if noted on the product page.

HERSELF is not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer, misuse of products, or circumstances beyond our control.
